Tim Hermann is Board Chairman and CEO of Collins & Hermann Inc. Tim joined the business shortly after Garry Hermann and Jim Collins opened for business in 1973. Over the years Tim has served as President and CEO of Series, Inc. a real estate development and construction Subsidiary of Collins & Hermann, President and COO of Collins & Hermann, Hwy Sales, Commercial Sales, Residential Sales and General Manager. Educated at St. Louis University with a background in Liberal Arts/Humanities and Mathematics Tim came to the company to join his father in helping to begin the process of building the Family Business.
As Board Chairman and CEO Tim works closely with the Company Advisory Board which includes both inside and outside directors... These are Kevin Hermann, Bruce Gilman, Mike Collins- All shareholders and key leaders in the Company, Kent Underwood and Charles Thal both outside directors and Management Consultants. The Board Acts as a Steering Committee and Business Management Resource for the Company.

Kevin has been with Collins & Hermann, Inc. for twenty-six (26) years and currently holds the title of President / Chief Operating Officer.
Kevin began his career with Collins & Hermann, Inc. as Office/Accounting Manager. He worked his way in as a Project Manager, eventually earning the title of Highway Estimating/Sales.
Kevin is a member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Work Zone Safety Committee. He has also participated on committees with Missouri Department of Transportation on improving the state guardrail /guard cable and signing specifications. He currently serves on the Advisory Board Committee for Collins & Hermann, Inc.
Kevin is a 1981 graduate of Northeast Missouri State University (Truman State University) where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance.
When time permits, Kevin enjoys golfing, travel, scuba diving and the outdoors.

Mike Collins, Senior VP Sales

Mike has been with Collins & Hermann, Inc. for twenty (20) years and currently holds the title of Senior Vice President / Owner.
Mike's undergraduate degree is from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He completed the MBA Program at Washington University in St. Louis.
Mike began his career with Collins & Hermann, Inc. in the financial area. He then moved into Commercial/Highway Sales eventually becoming Vice President of Sales for the company.
Mike is active in the AGC of St. Louis. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the company.
Mike enjoys leisure activities including snow skiing and golf.

Ron Campbell, VP Kansas City

Ron Campbell, Vice President Kansas City Operations/Owner, has been with the
company since September, 1997.
Duties include managing overall Kansas City branch and selling commercial work.
Started working in the fencing trade in 1967 as an installer for Sears residential fence installation. Started own business in the early 1980's mainly commercial
fence sales and installation.
Lives in Oak Grove, MO. has been married -25 years to Debbie, childeren are Tracy and Cody.
Enjoys hunting and fishing.

Mike Shepard has been with Collins & Hermann, Inc. for 10 years and is presently Vice President - Owner.
Collins & Hermann, Inc. brought Mike to the company to start our Civil Construction team. Civil Construction continues to be a thriving part of our business today.
Mike has 23 years experience in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from the School of Engineering at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and a Masters - Business Administration from Maryville University.

Bruce Gilman, VP Commercial Sales

Bruce has been with Collins & Hermann, Inc. for twenty-nine (29) years and currently holds the title of Vice President / Owner. Bruce began his career with Collins & Hermann, Inc. as a field installer. He worked his way into residential sales where he became a residential manager. Eventually he became a project manager for the Home Renovation Division and then into Commercial Sales.
Bruce currently represents the company at all Associated General Contractors (AGC), American Subcontractors Association (ASA) and American Fence Association (AFA) functions. He is a past Board of Director for the company and currently serves on the Advisory Board Committee for Collins & Hermann, Inc.
Bruce is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education.
When not trying to fence people in, Bruce is an avid golfer and enjoys the outdoors.
